1. Startup & Beta Disclosure
This Platform is an early-stage startup currently operating in a Testing/Beta phase. It has been made publicly available solely for testing and evaluation purposes. Features, functionality, and availability may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
2. Business Registration & Taxation Status
The company operating this Platform is presently in the process of completing full government registration. As such, Goods and Services Tax (GST) is not currently being charged on any transactions. This status will be updated once registration formalities are complete, and these Terms will be revised accordingly.
3. Permitted Use
This Platform is intended strictly for lawful purposes and complies with applicable laws and regulations of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and other jurisdictions in which it is accessible. Users are strictly prohibited from using the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
4. User Responsibility
You are solely and entirely responsible for any content, links, or material you submit, upload, share, or generate using this Platform. If any user engages in illegal activity, or submits illegal links or content through the Platform, full legal responsibility rests exclusively with that user. The Platform, its owners, developers, and operators bear no liability for such misuse.
5. No Manual Monitoring / Privacy Notice
In the interest of user privacy, the Platform does not manually review, monitor, or vet user-submitted links or content. Consequently, the individual user submitting any content is the sole party accountable for its legality and compliance with applicable law. The Platform's operators shall not be held liable for content they were not aware of and did not manually review.
6. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
Should any illegal activity be identified on the Platform, or should the company receive a valid legal notice, order, or request from a government or law enforcement authority, the Platform will fully cooperate with such authorities, including sharing relevant user details and data as legally required.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages resulting from third-party content, links, or user misconduct.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user account found to be in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or engaged in activity that could expose the Platform or other users to legal or security risk.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, particularly as the company completes registration and moves out of the beta phase. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
